    DeviceU is an educational program designed to help individuals prepare for medical           device sales roles through structured content, live sessions, and practical guidance.

    By enrolling in DeviceU, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. No Employment Guarantee

    DeviceU provides training and preparation only.

    We do not guarantee:

• job placement

• interviews

• employment outcomes

    Results depend on individual effort, background, and market conditions.

3. Program Access

    Upon enrollment, you will receive access to:

• course materials

• live sessions 

• any included resources

    Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

4. Payments

    All payments are:

• one-time unless otherwise stated

• processed securely through a third-party provider

5. Refund Policy

    If you:

• complete the program

• attend live sessions

• and actively participate and do not feel more prepared and interview-ready within 30 days, you may request a refund.

    Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

    All content within DeviceU is owned by DeviceU and may not be:

• copied

• reproduced

• distributed

    without permission.

7. Conduct

    We reserve the right to remove access for:

• disruptive behavior

• misuse of materials

• violation of these terms

8. Limitation of Liability

    DeviceU is not responsible for:

• employment outcomes

• career decisions

• financial outcomes

    Participation is at your own discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the program indicates               acceptance of any updates.
